A picturesque city that once was the home of the now extinct Yaro clan, it's chief tourist spot is a castle cleaved in half by a giant Klevor, once a time in the past. Nowadays, this city is one of the first landing spots from the more northern countries of Kanto, Johto and Sinnoh, and has several temples to the mythical Pokémon Lucia and Ho-oh, by settlers from Johto in the distant past.

A lake where the famous Yaro Samurai, Yu Kajiwarazaki, had her Last Stand with her Pokémon. It was her and her Pokémon's sacrifice that gave the lowlands behind her time to evacuate before the attacking Kano clan forces Nowadays, it is known for her memorial, an old-style inn and some small day-cabins.
